Imagine a point in the future where we have made reasonable adaptations to the climate crisis and have learned how to work within the constraints of our little blue-green ball.
What are the first things we teach our children in this place? What do we teach them about survival? What does it mean to live well in this world?
It’s very likely that most of the things we would share with them are known now. They are not common wisdom.
In the last couple of years, the awful truth of the climate collapse has started to become real to a significant number of people.
As weather events and associated crises continue the challenge will be one of sharing the complex stuff.
People don’t have the information they need to make good decisions about their future.
Not even close.
